Instead, delegates are advised to purchase tourist EZlink passes (i.e. the Singapore Tourist Pass) for unlimited bus and train rides (options vary between 1 to 3 days) at the airport. Fragrance Hotel online booking allows booking up to 5 rooms at one time. e.g. Fragrance Hotel Royal for 5 shared rooms (10 persons) from 1 to 5 November (4 nights) cost SGD2,384 or about USD1,780. A cheaper price is charged if you intend to check out on 4 November (3 nights). If the room is to be shared, remember to indicate "Twin Beds".
