ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ASEAN Peoples' Forum 2018
Empowering Peoples’ Solidarity Against All Forms of Discrimination
Convergence Themes
Thematic workshops, dialogues and panels may fall under any of the following convergence spaces and themes, following last year's model for the ACSC/APF process.
This year's themes also include a 6th space for understanding how discriminatory biases and practices exist in institutionalised structures and among people, and how greater solidarity among peoples of different socio-economic, political or ideological backgrounds can be achieved.
If you are interested in organising or hosting a thematic activity under any of the following thematic spaces, you please get in touch with the relevant convergence space (CS) leads listed below or your regional representatives. Alternatively, you may write to the local organising committee at acsc2018loc@gmail.com. by including your workshop/dialogue/panel proposal, and how this would contribute to your convergence theme of choice. Workshop fees are USD 100 per workshop per convergence space theme.
